Sales Assistant (Full-time)

We are looking for an amazing Sales Assistant to join our small, dynamic and growing natural skincare company and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail shop, run our hands-on workshops and assist with the marketing of our beautiful destination.

Working with our Sales Team and reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for;

The successful applicant will have a strong passion for natural products, outstanding customer service skills, a proven sales history and an out-going and positive attitude.

The position is full-time (approx. 35 hours per week), Tuesday – Saturday.

Chinese-Speaking Marketing Assistant (Part-time)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our growing natural skincare company and contribute to the growth of our online Chinese market.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager this role includes;

The successful applicant must be able to speak and write Chinese fluently and have a strong passion for natural products, outstanding organisational and writing skills, excellent computer and basic design abilities, an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. A marketing qualification or experience in this area is preferred.

The position is part-time (approx. 6-10 hours per week) and may increase in hours.
