Operations Manager

The Herb Farm is family-owned and based in the beautiful rural Manawatu producing 100% natural skincare and healthcare products. Our company is small yet dynamic and growing as we expand both our New Zealand and overseas distribution.

This is a busy, challenging and exciting role (not for the faint-hearted) and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is a team player and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks smoothly (and with a smile). The ability to calmly approach challenging situations and get stuck into the nitty gritty is essential, along with being able to step back and think strategically when needed.

The Role

Working with and reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for;

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, be able to think critically, be highly organised and be committed to our company values and to living naturally.

Experience in operational management and/or production is preferred and a strong track record of delivering consistent quality operational services to drive a business towards achieving their strategic goals.

The position is full time and based at the company’s premises in Ashhurst, Manawatu (15 minutes from Palmerston North).

Sales Representative

Do you have a passion for sales, love working with people and are looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity? The Herb Farm is a family owned natural skincare company based in the beautiful rural Manawatu. Our company is growing quickly and we are looking for a top-level Sales Representative who wants to be part of this busy and exciting time.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for;

The successful applicant will have a love of sales and striving to meet and exceed targets, exceptional customer relationship skills, be loyal and trustworthy and committed to our company values and to living naturally. A proven strong track record in sales and customer relationship building is required.

The position is full-time and based at the company’s premises in Ashhurst, Manawatu (15 minutes from Palmerston North). Please be aware that this position requires the ability to travel within the North and South Island regularly (approximately every second week) including overnight trips.

Part-time Marketing Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our growing natural skincare company and contribute to the growth of our brand.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager this role includes;

The successful applicant will have a strong passion for natural products, outstanding organisational and writing skills, excellent computer and basic design abilities, an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. A marketing qualification or experience in this area is preferred.

The position is part-time (21 hours per week) and may increase in hours.
